Prominent Ears

Prominent ear deformity refers to ears that protrude more than normal from the head, making them noticeably visible, especially from the front or back. This condition affects approximately 5% of the population in varying degrees and types and can occur in one or both ears. Although it does not cause any health issues, it can lead to significant psychological distress.
