Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation surgery is one of the most frequently preferred aesthetic operations today. Through surgery, it is ensured that women who are not satisfied with their breast size have breasts in the desired size as a result of surgical procedures.

This operation, which causes significant changes in appearance, can be applied to women who are not satisfied with the appearance of their breasts due to weight gain, pregnancy or aging. Breast reduction can occur as a result of many different reasons, but it is not among the situations that cannot be solved.

Breast Lift

The loss of youthful appearance in breasts occurs at different times for everyone. In individuals with larger breasts, sagging can occur at an earlier age. Additionally, improper use of bras can lead to the premature loss of breast firmness. Normally, the nipple should be above the breast fold line, but in sagging breasts, the nipple is at the level of the fold. In advanced cases, the nipple may be below the fold.

Breast lift surgery, also known as breast reshaping or breast tightening surgery, is a type of aesthetic procedure performed to address issues such as loss of breast fullness and downward sagging of the nipple due to physical and environmental factors. The fundamental principle is whether the nipple is at or below the level of the breast fold.

Breast lift surgery helps restore a youthful and firm appearance by repositioning the nipples to their ideal position, reshaping the breast tissue, and removing excess skin from the area. In cases where breasts are excessively large, excess breast tissue is removed, while individuals with smaller breast structures may receive silicone implants.

What is Breast Reduction?

Breast Reduction; Excessive growth may occur in the breast due to weight gain, hormonal changes, pregnancy or hereditary reasons. All these reasons cause an increase in both breast tissue and adipose tissue in the breast. With breast reduction surgery, the breast is brought to its ideal size by moving it to where it should be. In breast reduction surgeries, both adipose tissue and breast tissue are removed from the breast.

Who can have Breast Reduction Surgery?

Breast tissue completes its development around the age of 18. Legally, a patient must be over the age of 18 in order to give consent for plastic surgery. We can operate on our patients from the age of 18, both for legal reasons and to wait for the breast tissue to mature.

What is Breast Reconstruction?

Studies and our own experiences show that breast reconstruction surgeries provide significant psychological support to women.
We can perform breast reconstruction surgeries simultaneously with mastectomy (breast removal) procedures. This allows our patients to have a new breast immediately after surgery, avoiding the psychological distress that can come from being without a breast.

Thanks to new technologies in medicine, the reconstructed breast can closely resemble a natural breast.

What is Gynecomastia?

Gynecomastia often occurs in one or both breasts due to specific causes. It is a condition commonly seen in men and can significantly impact their lives, often causing emotional distress.

This condition, which can profoundly affect male psychology, typically starts at the nipples and later leads to the formation of a firm and swollen structure around the breast area.

In the majority of cases, gynecomastia affects only one breast, with only half of the cases affecting both breasts. Gynecomastia is a condition that commonly affects both young and older men, with a prevalence rate of about 30% among men. In some instances, gynecomastia can be confused with pseudogynecomastia seen in obese patients, though there are significant differences between the two conditions.
